1. Introduction These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Food Lab Australia (“Food Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided Food Lab provides the following services:
1. Private Chef Services (Catering): Personalized dining experiences for private clients.
2. Corporate Catering: Catering services for businesses, events, and conferences.
3. Food Lab (Laboratories and Cooking Classes): Hands-on cooking workshops and food-related educational experiences.
3. Bookings and Payments
1. All bookings require a deposit to secure the date.
2. Full payment must be made before the event or service date unless otherwise agreed.
3. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified at the time of booking.
4. Prices are subject to change, and quotes are valid for a limited period as stated.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled service will receive a full or partial refund, depending on the notice period.
2. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
3. If Food Lab cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
1. Clients must inform Food Lab of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
2. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
6. Liability
1. Food Lab is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
2. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for private chef services or catering setups.
7. Use of Facilities and Equipment (for Cooking Classes)
1. Participants must follow safety instructions and guidelines provided during cooking classes.
2. Food Lab reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who pose a safety risk.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Force Majeure
1. Food Lab is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

2. Cooking classes and private chef services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, allergic reactions, or food-related illness. By participating in these services, clients and participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Participants in cooking classes are responsible for using equipment and ingredients safely and following all provided instructions.
